Creating opportunities. That is the mission of the VandenEnde Foundation in a nutshell. During their careers, the founders of the VandenEnde Foundation, Joop and Janine van den Ende, have been offered and have grasped opportunities on various occasions. This, together with their determination and their trust in their intuition, has got them where they are today. It is their wish to transfer the values that influenced them to younger generations, so that they can grow up in an atmosphere of respect and interest for culture in the broadest sense of the word. They would also like to give individual artists the chance to develop their talents and encourage them to enrich the lives of others with their artistic activities. The VandenEnde Foundation aims to play an active role in this process. At present, the VandenEnde Foundation supports projects and organisations in The Netherlands only. Mission The VandenEnde Foundation aims to give both talented young people and established artists development opportunities, to encourage participation in culture and the arts and to stimulate cultural enterprises. Strategy The VandenEnde Foundation makes financial contributions to support artistic and art education projects and those activities that are not eligible for full subsidies from public funds or organisations.
